Tesla Service Mode shows more information about active warnings and vehicle systems. Menus may vary by model and software version.
Find active warnings
- Open the vehicle software page on the touchscreen.
- Press and hold the model name for about five seconds.
- Enter “service” if prompted for a code and read the displayed information.
- Take a photo of the active warnings and attach it to your enquiry.
Use the information to document warnings. Changes and service tests should be performed by appropriately qualified personnel. Always follow the vehicle instructions.
You can also enter the normal warning shown by the car. Service Mode is not required to contact us.
