Tesla remote diagnosis

Free Tesla remote diagnosis.
A clear first step.

Get an assessment before your car reaches the workshop. We review available logs with your authorization and email the result and offer.

Start with your car and contact details.

Provide the registration number and the email address you use in the Tesla app. Describe the problem and optionally attach a photo of the warning.

You control access.

You receive an “Owner Authorization Request” from Tesla Toolbox. Open it, sign in with Tesla and choose whether to authorize access. Your password is not shared with EV Fenix.

Available data informs the first assessment.

We use Tesla Toolbox to review data and logs reported by the vehicle. Remote diagnosis does not involve a physical inspection of the car. Some findings need workshop verification.

Your next step arrives in writing by email.

After the review we email an explanation of the result, relevant screenshots and an offer for further diagnosis or repair. We then agree on further work and any transport.

Remote diagnosis uses reported data. It does not replace necessary measurements and physical investigation in the workshop.
